Our platform is open for browsing by anyone; however, the following conditions apply:

Guidentra is an admission consultancy portal that connects prospective students with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Providing a searchable directory of colleges and universities.
• Facilitating admission enquiries between students and educational institutions.
• Offering general information and guidance related to courses, streams, eligibility, and the admission process.
• Allowing authorised representatives of educational institutions to list and manage their institution's profile on our platform.

We are a facilitating platform and not an educational institution ourselves. We do not guarantee admission to any college or university, and any final admission decision rests solely with the respective institution.

By accessing and using our platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use of the platform. You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, inaccurate, or unauthorised information on any form or listing on our platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, server, database, or any system connected to our platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from our platform without prior written permission.
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform or the experience of other users.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious or harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any college, university, or organisation.
• Use our platform to send unsolicited communications (spam) to other users or third parties.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of our platform or its content for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

The content on our platform is provided for general information and educational guidance purposes only and is subject to change without notice.

• Neither Guidentra nor any third party provides any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the information and materials found on our platform for any particular purpose.
• You acknowledge that information and materials available on our platform may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
• Information about colleges and universities, including but not limited to rankings, fees, placements, facilities, and contact details, is submitted by institution representatives. Guidentra does not independently verify all such information and shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in institution listings.
• Your use of any information or materials on our platform is entirely at your own risk, and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any services or information available through our platform meet your specific requirements before acting upon them.

Listings of colleges and universities on our platform may originate from two sources:

• Guidentra-Created Listings: Guidentra may independently create and publish listings for educational institutions using information sourced from publicly available sources, including but not limited to official institution websites, government databases, regulatory body publications, news articles, and other publicly accessible materials. Such listings are created in good faith for informational purposes. However, Guidentra does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any information contained in listings created by us. Information may be outdated, incomplete, or subject to change at any time without notice. Users are strongly advised to independently verify all listing information directly with the respective institution before making any decisions.
• Institution-Submitted Listings: Authorised representatives of educational institutions may also submit or claim listings directly on our platform. By submitting a listing, you confirm that you are duly authorised by your institution to do so, and that all information provided is accurate, current, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. You agree to promptly update your listing to reflect any changes in the information provided.
• No Endorsement: The presence of any institution's listing on our platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of that institution by Guidentra. Listings are provided purely as an informational resource.
• Licence: By submitting content to our platform, you grant Guidentra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and use the submitted content on our platform and in promotional materials related to our services.
• Right to Modify or Remove: Guidentra reserves the right to create, review, edit, update, reject, or remove any listing at any time and at our sole discretion, including listings created by us or submitted by institution representatives, particularly where content is found to be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

Where our platform requires you to create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and keep it updated at all times.
• Keep your account credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Guidentra reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of Guidentra or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

• You may access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No part of our platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted, reused, re-posted, or otherwise exploited for any public or commercial purpose without our express prior written consent.
• Any unauthorised use of our platform's content or intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence.
• All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on our platform are the property of their respective owners.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, portals, or services for your convenience and reference. These links do not constitute our endorsement of such third-party websites or their content. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or any other aspect of such third-party websites.

Your interactions with third-party websites or services are governed solely by their respective terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guidentra, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, our platform or any content thereon.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information available on our platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information or content available on our platform.
• Any admission outcomes or results arising from use of our platform or our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to Guidentra in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Guidentra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of our platform in violation of these Terms.
• Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through our platform.
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party.
• Any misrepresentation or false information provided by you on our platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Your use of our platform is also subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, including without limitation those pertaining to online conduct, data protection, and digital commerce.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or any part of our platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including without limitation intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
