CGC University, Mohali is a UGC-recognised private university offering AICTE-approved technical programmes, NBA-accredited programmes and PCI-recognised pharmaceutical education. Formerly known as Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Jhanjeri, the institution was established in 2012 and gained university status in 2025. It operates from its main residential campus at Jhanjeri in Greater Mohali and is an independent institution with no association with Chandigarh University.
The university is recognised for its career-oriented approach, affordable professional education, emerging-technology specialisations and strong industry integration.
