Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra, popularly known as S.N. Medical College (SNMC), is one of the oldest and most prestigious government medical institutions in India. Located in the heart of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, the college traces its origins to 1854 as the Agra Medical School and was upgraded to a full-fledged medical college in 1939. It is named after Smt. Sarojini Naidu, the first woman Governor of Uttar Pradesh and a celebrated freedom fighter. The college is affiliated with Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra and is approved and recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC), formerly the Medical Council of India.
